Continuing Progress
annual meeting for property owners
The annual meeting will be conducted differently this year. Please come prepared with any questions or concerns you may have, written down. We will have a sound system set up at the clubhouse and anyone with something to say, will be given an opportunity to speak, but there will be an allowed amount of time and you must step to the microphone. All comments, concerns, and questions will be spoken without foul, inappropriate or threatening language. The microphone will be muted and the person speaking will be asked to sit down if any of these rules are broken. There will not be any petty, or snide comments from the audience while someone is speaking at the microphone. If you plan to attend the meeting to cause a disruption or an argument, you will need to change your plans for the day, you will be asked to leave the meeting. Arguing gets nothing done, and we want to see positive progress.
At this meeting we will discuss what has been accomplished in 2016 and what we will be working on in 2017 in addition to the normal order of business at each annual meeting. We will welcome all new families to our community and will have information available to anyone that needs the by-laws, covenants and restrictions, and payment or account information.
Dues and payment information
This year will begin some new things for Ranch Lake Estates. We will be taking control of the payment process of the annual Dues. The contract agreement with Real Property Management contract is over as of March 1, 2017. We are in the process of making a website for Ranch Lake Estates with a payment option online through PAYPAL which is a secure and convenient way to make payments. We are trying to streamline as much as possible.
HOW DO WE HAVE CORRECT INFORMATION?
Thank you to those who have personally spoke with us, called, text, emailed or sent a message through Facebook to give us up-to-date information . The only information we have currently, on ANY property is the same as Putnam county tax department, that information can be up to six months behind once property is sold.
